Store Policy
All purchases can be refunded within 7 days with same method of payment.
Open packages are nonrefundable.
Special orders not subject to change, return, or cancellation, if refused or abandoned there will be 35% fee charged.
All floor sample and clearance items are final sale, no return, no exchange, and will not include any warranty or guaranty.
Delivery and assembly charge are nonrefundable.
It is the customer responsibility to inspect all merchandise prior to pick up, we cannot accept claims for damage once the merchandise has left the store
you may exchange unopened mattress within 15 days of the original receipt date for one time reselection, and we
will charge you for any difference in cost.
If your mattress has a factory defect, we will replace it during the stated manufacturer’s warranty period.
Foundations are non refundable or exchangeable.
